I had only had my new honda for 2 weeks when I got into an accident. I thought it would never be the same. Boy, was I wrong....it looked amazing. My boyfriend who has been in the automotive business for 20 years went with me to pick it up so he could look it over and couldn't believe the attention to detail. on a deserted highway, the front end of my my new Rav 4 took the brunt. In the past I had dealt with other body shops and I knew I had to find another one. I took it to Round Rock Collision Center and they did a superb job. Travis was my contact and he kept me posted on the progress of the repairs, even calling me after hours on 2 occasions just to let me know how things were going. have ever experienced. A very apologetic kid in a diesel truck smashed into the backside of my 750i, demolishing the rear taillight, trunk, bumper, etc... His insurance provider told me to choose a collision center. After speaking with the service dept of BMW of Austin, they recommended Round Rock Collision Center. I was introduced to Mark (service advisor). From minute one to the time I picked up my vehicle, Mark's customer service was definitely more than expected. He listened to my whine about how my car better be perfect or there would be problems. How I wouldn't settle for less than 100%. How the paint better be better than perfect. Not once did he lose his composure, or tell me to get lost. When I finally showed up and saw it for the first time, I couldn't have been more pleased. In all honesty, I knew there was no way it would look even remotely similar to pre-accident condition. I was dead wrong. And I busted my rear trying to find fault. Everyone that worked on my vehicle deserves this 5-star rating. G_d forbid I have to go back to another collision center. But if I do, I'll be going right back to Mark at RRCC. The car looks AWESOME! a couple of weeks ago and I was really shaken up about it. I took my beloved car to Round Rock Collision Center because of a recommendation and as soon as I walked in the door someone was there to take care of me. It was easy and I felt very comfortable giving them my car. Travis was my estimator; he said everything would be taken care of and it was. I picked up my car when I was told it would be ready and it looks amazing. I can't tell that anything happened to it except it looks shinier and better. I would definitely recommend this place to someone who is in need of any kind of repairs. They seem to do good work.
